I can’t install it!!
Download the setup.exe file, right click it and select properties, then click Unblock. Some virus scanners or firewalls can also cause issues. Simply disable them during the install.
I cannot register for the trial, what do I do?
Some virus scanners (e.g. AVG) or firewalls block the registration. Disable them temporarily and it should work. Make sure to watch the ‘Before You Begin’ tutorial video; it covers the basics that you need to know. See Before You Begin.
If you still have issues, send me a screenshot of the error and I’ll point you in the right direction.

What support do I get?
Support is not included with your purchase. To keep the costs low, I’ve created a series of free tutorial videos available in the support section. I can provide one on one assistance via Skype; this charged per hour in advance and you must arrange a time with me beforehand.
If you find a bug, list the steps to recreate the problem and send it to email@example.com. I’ll try to get it fixed for the next release.
Use your 14 day free trial to make sure you can install the addon and that it suits your needs. If you have problems installing it, you can email me and I’ll give you some pointers, but make sure you have already tried the suggestions above.

Does it work on Windows XP?
Not officially. Follow the steps for the restricted access install above and in should work.
Does it work on Mac?
No. The only option for Mac is to use virtualization software like http://www.parallels.com/ along with a Windows version of Excel/Outlook.
Does it work on Citrix?
Yes, please read the notes on licensing above. Your IT team are welcome to contact me if they need any assistance.
The addon disappeared, how do I get it back?
Follow the instructions here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms268871.aspx. If that doesn’t work, uninstall the addon and download it again from here.
I’d like to make a feature request…
Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can talk about it. As long as it’s technically feasible and provides a benefit to other users then it should be fine.
How do I know when there’s an update and how do I get it?
I make a post on this website with the release notes. To get updates, download the addon again from the link above and it will update. Make sure to close Excel/Outlook first.
How do I uninstall?
Same as you would for any software, go to your control panel and uninstall from Programs and Features. Look for ExcelIntegrationTools or OutlookIntegrationTools.
